## Description

Wolters Kluwer TAA is hiring a Customer Service Technical Associate to resolve moderate and complex customer inquiries about Tax and Accounting products through phone, online chat, and email. The role owns customer cases from start to finish, documents interactions, escalates issues as needed, participates in product testing and process improvement, and maintains confidential product and customer data. Candidates need an associate degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent work experience, along with technical support, networking, testing, and database-related experience; certifications and Salesforce experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $30,800 to $56,525 USD and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
