## Description

Yonder Media Mobile is hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries through tickets, live chat, and email; troubleshoot basic service issues; provide product and service assistance; track and resolve tickets; escalate issues; and monitor app-store reviews. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, written communication, native English proficiency, multitasking, analytical ability, and software-learning skills. At least one year of customer-service experience, Zendesk familiarity, and eSIM or telco-product knowledge are preferred.
