## Description

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is hiring a Support Engineer for its 24x7 global customer support team. The role provides guidance, validation, troubleshooting, testing, and post-deployment support for LNRSG software, including integrations, desktop and mobile fingerprinting, API policies and rules, escalation workflows, and customer questions. The position requires customer support experience, English and French proficiency, SQL, web and software troubleshooting, and knowledge of at least two listed technologies; Android, iOS, and Java development experience is desirable. The role may require overnight or weekend work and occasional travel, and offers benefits including private medical benefits, dental insurance, pension, leave, and learning resources.
