## Description

LumApps is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer requests by email or ticket, diagnose product defects, explain platform features, manage multiple requests, escalate issues, follow up with Premium Support customers, and contribute to support improvement projects. The role involves on-call rotation, public-holiday coverage, and a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days. French C2 and English B2 fluency are required; GSuite, Python, and REST API knowledge are advantageous.
