## Description

The Customer Support Specialist responds to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and live chat; handles product, subscription, access, account, billing, and technical support issues; investigates concerns; escalates complex cases; and maintains customer satisfaction. The role also manages support cases in ticketing systems, documents interactions, follows resolution workflows, and requires experience with calls, chat, and email support. The position is based at the REPH Manila site and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent college completion, at least two years of BPO/shared-service or relevant experience, current-role tenure of one year, and no disciplinary, performance-improvement, or attendance/punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
