## Description

The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers using Casino, Sports, and eSports products, handling inquiries through live chat and email. The role covers account and payment questions, deposits and withdrawals, promotions, betting settlements, troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with other teams. Candidates should have customer support or customer service experience, strong English communication and problem-solving skills, comfort with technology, and willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 support operation.
