## Description

The Customer Support Representative provides customer service and supports the ordering process for assigned territories and customers. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, entering orders, processing acknowledgments and backorders, answering customer calls, maintaining customer databases, coordinating with internal departments, reviewing work requests and labor billings, and communicating sales prospects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of work-related experience, English communication proficiency, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a two-year business administration degree or certificate is preferred.
