## Description

SHP is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 SaaS analytics support for Home Health and Hospice customers, including overflow support for Skilled Nursing Facility customers. The role handles product and technical questions through phone and email, triages and escalates issues, manages CRM support cases, and follows HIPAA guidelines. Candidates need at least one year of customer support experience, software troubleshooting experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM or help-desk experience, and Microsoft Office familiarity. The position offers flexible remote or hybrid work in the United States, with onsite work required for employees within 75 miles of the Santa Barbara office on the second Wednesday of each month, and pays $20.00–$25.48 per hour.
