The role designs and maintains data ingestion and indexing pipelines on the Coveo Platform, integrates structured and unstructured enterprise data sources, configures metadata and content enrichment, develops indexing and search-relevance strategies, monitors analytics and platform performance, supports data governance and content lifecycle management, troubleshoots search issues, and contributes to AI Search, Generative AI, and Knowledge Management initiatives. It requires 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, search platforms, or information retrieval, along with Coveo, API/integration, Python/JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud, and data-governance knowledge.
