## Description

Lykos is hiring a Data + Software Lead to build and own the secure digital infrastructure supporting defense and aerospace repair, sustainment, qualification, and readiness. The role requires writing, deploying, and owning production software and data systems, including databases, APIs, authentication, traceability, audit controls, digital workflows, evidence backends, dashboards, and integrations with manufacturing and partner systems. The position is intended for a senior technical builder with at least 10 years of experience in production software or data systems, with a preference for defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated-environment experience.
