## Description

Weir Canada Inc. is hiring a permanent Database Application Developer for its Naval Engineering Test Establishment in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role involves designing and developing custom software applications and database solutions, creating web clients for remote data access, developing front-end interfaces, supporting and upgrading active projects, and writing technical reports. Candidates must be able to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance, hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and have at least five years of programming and database development experience, including expertise with Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, AJAX, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and related technologies.
