## Description

KMS Technology is hiring a senior individual contributor, Databricks Partner Development Manager to lead and scale its strategic partnership with Databricks. The role owns the joint business plan, expands executive and field relationships, develops partner-funded opportunities, coordinates joint go-to-market activities, and drives pipeline and ecosystem growth. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in strategic alliances, partner development, ecosystem management, or enterprise technology sales, along with direct experience growing Databricks or major cloud/data platform partnerships and a track record exceeding $10M in partner-sourced or influenced revenue. The position offers remote or hybrid flexibility, company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a target OTE plus benefits of $250,000 to $300,000 annually.
