## Description

Webbing is seeking a senior Database Administration and Bulk Data Management Engineer to own PostgreSQL databases across a global telecoms BSS/OSS/NOC platform and network control layer. The role covers PostgreSQL installation, configuration, tuning, replication, backup and disaster recovery; large-scale subscriber data imports, exports, migrations, purges, and archival; data governance and compliance; monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; high availability across geographically distributed clusters; and integration with telecom network-element databases such as HSS, OCS, PCRF, SMSC, and PGW. The position is fully remote and requires independent work across multiple concurrent projects in a distributed, async-first team.
