## Description

The DCIM Software Solutions Coordinator will triage and escalate software support tickets, diagnose and resolve DCIM software defects and performance issues, document troubleshooting procedures, assist with software deployments, and coordinate between Software Engineering, Client Services, and customers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, three years of customer support experience for complex technical solutions in a data center environment, and knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, VMware, databases, AutoCAD, Visio, and related tools.
