## Description

Primark is hiring an in-store Department Manager to own a department and drive sales, inventory, planogram and period-layout performance, stock accuracy, and local-market competitiveness. The role leads Sales Associates and Team Leaders, hires and coaches staff, maintains store standards and customer service, and supports store management and emergency responsibilities.
