## Description

Sable is hiring someone to own customer deployments for Aidan, their AI employee product. The role involves scoping deployments with customer teams, building and tuning conversational journeys, leading customer calls and leadership relationships, translating customer feedback into engineering specs and priorities, and establishing repeatable deployment playbooks for scale. The position is highly customer-facing, cross-functional, and suited to a strong generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can operate like a forward-deployed customer success / implementation lead with some hands-on agent and prompt engineering experience.
