## Description

TEKsystems is hiring a Level 1 Service Desk and Endpoint Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The position provides Level 1 service desk and end-user support, including Windows and Apple desktop and laptop support, mobile device management, workstation setup, troubleshooting, executive and business-facing support, onboarding and offboarding, hardware deployment, asset management, documentation, and escalation. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of enterprise IT experience, strong endpoint and mobile support skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and ITSM tools. The pay range is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with benefits potentially available depending on eligibility and employment length.
