## Description

Hospital for Special Surgery is hiring a regular full-time Development Operations Associate to maintain donor database integrity, process contributions in Raiser’s Edge 7/NXT, create acknowledgment letters and tax documentation, maintain gift files, generate reports, and complete database development projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong data-entry and keyboarding skills, and one to three years of database-record-processing experience is preferred. The base pay scale is $50,000.00 to $76,250.00, with additional benefits and a final salary determined by factors including experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and fair market value.
