## Description

Spin Master is hiring a global category and channel business manager to design, establish, and execute business models for its Value, Club, Grocery, Drug, Plush, and Kids Puzzles retail channels. The role owns revenue and profit-margin goals, develops multi-year growth and financial strategies, leads brand managers and cross-functional teams, analyzes shopper and competitive insights, plans product assortments and pricing, manages licensing and third-party partner relationships, and identifies new category opportunities. It is an 18-month fixed-term contract with an Ontario salary range of $139,400 to $185,800 per annum and requires an undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration, or a related commercial field plus progressive leadership and portfolio-management experience in the consumer packaged goods or toy industry.
