## Description

Ashley Digital is hiring a Director, Consumer Insights to build and lead a modern consumer insights capability supporting product, marketing, retail, customer experience, and growth decisions. The role owns custom research, learning plans, research synthesis, executive-ready storytelling, an insights repository and AI-enabled knowledge workflows, prioritization of insights work, and management of one direct report. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, custom qualitative and quantitative research expertise, cross-functional influence, people management, and willingness to travel to Tampa, Florida. The position is remote for candidates residing and authorized to work in the United States, with Tampa preferred, and pays $150,000–$180,000 yearly.
