## Description

HelloFresh is hiring an Associate Director, Customer Compensation & Policy to own the global strategy, architecture, governance, and financial stewardship of customer compensation across markets and brands. The role leads compensation engine design, experimentation and behavioral economics, fraud prevention, reporting, and cross-functional accountability with Operations, Technology, Finance, and market leadership. It requires an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, an undergraduate degree in a relevant quantitative discipline, and 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer strategy, pricing, operations, or an adjacent domain. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with at least three office days per week and a Toronto pay range of $126,000–$136,000 CAD.
