## Description

Avanci is hiring a Licensing Director for its China Market Unit to identify and evaluate patent licensing opportunities, engage potential licensees and licensors, review licensing contracts, present licensing solutions, and support contract negotiations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Legal/IP, 8+ years of patent/IP licensing or legal IP experience, and strong English and Chinese communication skills. It is based in Shenzhen or Beijing.
