## Description

Adobe is hiring a Director, ML Engineering to own the engineering function behind Firefly Foundry’s enterprise-scale custom generative AI model services. The role leads a multi-team organization, defines architecture and operating models for training, inference, data isolation, deployment, reliability, and economics, and represents engineering in executive and customer engagements. Candidates need 10+ years of applied machine learning and ML systems experience, including 5+ years leading engineering organizations, plus an MS or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. The U.S. pay range is $206,400 to $384,675 annually.
