The Engineering Director will lead SciVal’s engineering strategy and multiple distributed engineering teams across frontend, backend, data, and quality engineering. The role owns technical strategy, architecture, workforce planning, delivery execution, engineering standards, platform modernisation, and the development of AI-assisted and agent-ready research analytics capabilities.
