## Description

The Document Controller supports a multi-functional engineering team by managing drawing and document releases, maintaining the Master Document List in an EDMS system, tracking submission and approval deadlines, coordinating customer and vendor document approvals, reviewing document authenticity, managing project folders and access controls, and producing weekly EDMS reports. The role requires knowledge of document management systems, Microsoft Office, and EDMS systems, with SAP, WRENCH, PRIMAVERA, and Aconex knowledge advantageous, along with 5–7 years of Oil & Gas engineering project experience and 3–5 years of document control experience.
