## Description

The Pharmacy Automation Engineer Lead Analyst will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve highly automated pharmaceutical filling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-controlled systems troubleshooting; root-cause analysis; continuous improvement; installation, validation, upgrades, engineering changes, diagnostics, CMMS documentation, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and on-call support. The role requires at least two years of experience with automated industrial or electromechanical systems and offers a Monday-Friday 9:00 PM–5:00 PM schedule with an anticipated hourly rate of 38–63 USD, plus an annual bonus plan and health-related benefits.
