## Description

Extra Space Storage is hiring a Human Resource Manager to support employee relations and related HR services. The role counsels managers on performance management, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, harassment, and other investigations; manages employee cases; coaches, develops, or separates employees; and provides specialized training. It reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field, plus at least two years of employee relations manager experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day 1, an HSA or FSA, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and up to 25% travel.
