The Thermal Performance Engineer will support vehicle thermal system testing, diagnosis, validation, and BEV energy optimization across internal combustion engine and electric vehicle programs. The role involves thermal instrumentation and testing, HVAC and cooling system development, drive-cell and wind-tunnel testing, DVP&R and test reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with lab engineers, program teams, and technicians. The position is onsite in Auburn Hills, Michigan, with a DOE bill rate and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university and at least three years of relevant engineering experience.
