## Description

Travelers is hiring participants for its one-year Engineering Development Program (EDP) in the Software track. The program provides hands-on software development, infrastructure, AI, and Agile training, mentoring, networking, and career guidance, with a hybrid work model and occasional business travel. Participants will contribute to software design, development, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation, while exploring modern software engineering tools and platforms. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree or completion of a licensed/accredited technical bootcamp, exposure to object-oriented programming, and familiarity with algorithms, data structures, systems design, networking, APIs, web development, databases, and SQL.
