## Description

Ryz Labs is hiring an Engineering Manager for a mostly remote role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with one coworking session per week. The manager will lead, mentor, and scale engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure; define technical direction; lead AI integration and tooling; oversee project execution and engineering processes; support hiring and team growth; and collaborate with leadership on technical strategy.
