## Description

Latitude AI is hiring an Enterprise Support Specialist for a six-month contract. The role provides Tier I and Tier II support for G-Suite, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Windows, Entra, Jira, laptops, and desktops; manages tickets and incidents; supports device refresh, migration, Zoom Room, SID server, user onboarding and offboarding, and general technology operations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of IT desktop support experience involving Apple MacOS and Ubuntu Linux, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with configuration management, networking, and collaboration platforms.
