## Description

e-Careers offers an entry-level Human Resources traineeship in which participants complete online, self-paced training toward a CIPD qualification, receive tutor support, and then undertake a guaranteed remote internship with a host company. The program requires no previous HR experience or qualifications and provides practical exposure to HR, recruitment support, workplace communication, and potential pathways into HR administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, or people operations. A host company may offer permanent paid employment after the internship.
