Binary Stream Software is hiring a full-time Escalation Engineer to lead complex customer escalations for Dynamics Business Central products. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, customer communication, bug prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and mentorship of support analysts.
