## Description

Old Republic Title is hiring an office-based Escrow Assistant in Koloa to open, process, and close refinance and sale transactions. The role involves reviewing title reports and commitments, clearing title requirements, researching discrepancies, obtaining lien releases, pulling tax rolls, assembling and uploading documents, scheduling appointments, preparing funding packages, and coordinating with lenders, principals, realtors, and other department personnel. The position requires Monday through Friday office attendance, overtime as requested, and strong organization, attention to detail, computer, communication, and independent-work skills; one year of escrow or real estate experience is strongly preferred but not required.
