DanceOne is hiring a full-time, mid-level Executive Assistant to the CEO for a primarily remote role in the United States, with Texas strongly preferred and Central Time required. The role manages the CEO and COO calendars, inbox, travel, Board and investor activities, executive leadership meetings, strategic priorities, decision tracking, partner communications, expenses, and event logistics. Candidates need at least three years of experience supporting a senior executive, strong calendar and executive-office experience, excellent written communication, Microsoft 365 proficiency, discretion, and reliable remote-work capabilities.
