## Description

The full-time role prepares and supervises daily food preparation and service for seniors, following weekly menus and resident dietary needs. Responsibilities include overseeing food production, directing and training staff, monitoring food safety and sanitation, controlling portions, plating and delivering meals, supporting catering and community events, using recipe and POS systems, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The position requires at least three years of kitchen managerial experience, a Culinary Arts or related degree, commercial volume-food-production experience, staff-management experience, and experience working with older adults.
