## Description

Three Notch’d Brewing Company is hiring an Executive Chef in Greenville to lead the culinary team and manage high-volume restaurant kitchen operations. The role supervises and develops kitchen staff, oversees food quality, safety, sanitation, labor and food costs, menu planning, purchasing, receiving, POS programming, and catering or festival events, and requires ServSafe certification, at least three years of Executive Chef experience, and 3–5 years of management experience. The position is back-of-house and requires a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
