## Description

Dialectic is hiring a full-time Executive Personal Assistant to support its founder, family, and team in a fast-growing crypto and blockchain organization. The role combines executive and personal assistance, complex calendar and international travel management, inbox and expense administration, financial and health data consolidation, research and presentation preparation, office coordination, and liaison work with clients and vendors. Candidates need at least three years of C-suite executive or personal assistant experience, strong spreadsheet and organizational skills, complex travel coordination experience, communication and confidentiality skills, familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Notion, or Vimcal, and some experience with AI copilot or LLM tools.
