## Description

HP is hiring an Executive Recruiter for its Global Executive Recruiting Team to serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders. The role owns full-cycle executive searches for Director through Vice President-level positions, develops talent strategies and pipelines, sources and assesses senior candidates, advises executives on talent markets and hiring practices, manages concurrent searches, and selects executive search firms.
