## Description

Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across multiple regional locations. The role oversees HVAC/R and general building maintenance, develops and coaches facilities technicians, partners with store managers and facilities leadership, coordinates vendors and contractors, and maintains compliance with licensing, permits, inspections, and mechanical and building codes. The position requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA certification, and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with approximately 50% or more travel within the local region.
