## Description

Genetec is hiring a Field Engineer to provide remote and on-site professional services for customers, including technical support, system deployment and commissioning, audits, assessments, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer liaison, issue escalation and resolution, consulting on software implementation and integrations, and reporting. The role requires computer science or electrical engineering education or equivalent experience, customer service/technical support/project management experience, strong Windows administration, networking, storage, virtualization, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, plus the ability to travel 30–40% of the time.
