## Description

INEX Group is hiring a full-time, mid-level Finance Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day financial operations of construction projects. The role processes invoices from contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; uploads and categorizes documents in an ERP system; verifies accuracy; tracks payment deadlines; coordinates with site managers and accounting teams; maintains financial records; and supports reconciliation and reporting. Candidates need a degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar operational role, ERP/accounting-system experience, strong organization and attention to detail, and B2+ English proficiency. Construction or real estate experience and Russian or Greek language skills are advantageous.
