## Description

IRIS Software Group is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support accountants using its IRIS Accountancy software. The role involves responding to customer queries by phone, email and other channels; investigating and resolving software and process issues; explaining solutions; escalating complex cases; managing customer cases; and contributing to support knowledge and service targets. Candidates should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related subject, experience in a finance, tax or accountancy-related role, or current study toward an accounting qualification. The position is based from the Heathrow Approach office in Slough for at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home on the remaining days, and includes structured product training and career development opportunities.
