## Description

The Front Office Specialist Float supports patient care across five Planned Parenthood health centers by registering and greeting patients, collecting insurance and demographic information, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and deductibles, posting charges in the electronic practice management and medical records systems, resolving billing issues, and maintaining front-office operations. The role requires reliable transportation, flexible weekend and evening scheduling, strong customer service and computer skills, and may require bilingual Spanish, English, or Mandarin skills. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, and other benefits.
