## Description

The Client Experience Manager will serve as the primary relationship manager for high-value clients, develop and retain a client book, drive client appointments and store sales, and oversee clienteling, CRM, service, feedback, and store presentation. The role requires at least three years of luxury retail sales experience, an established client book of at least $1 million in volume, experience with studio services and personal or celebrity stylists, and availability for weekends and holidays. It is based at a retail store and pays $25–$28 per hour.
