Smile is hiring a Backend Consultant to design and develop APIs and back-end components for a multi-country e-commerce platform using event-driven architecture. The role covers distributed systems, Kafka or GCP Pub/Sub, SOLID and DDD design, TDD, testing, security, documentation, Google Cloud deployment, Docker, CI/CD, and collaboration with front-end, operations, and business teams.
