Arrow is hiring a Global Commercial Program Lead to translate Microsoft commercial programs, policies, incentives, and business requirements into actionable execution plans for Arrow teams, sellers, partners, and country operations. The role coordinates with Microsoft stakeholders, sales, enablement, operations, platform, and partner-facing teams; develops playbooks, training materials, and activation plans; monitors adoption and blockers; and supports governance and leadership communication. The position is fully remote in Colorado, with possible travel to an Arrow office, and offers a base salary of $143,100 to $187,000 annually.
