## Description

Parallel is hiring a Growth Lead to own growth as its first dedicated growth hire, running a separate growth motion adjacent to marketing. The role owns experimentation across the funnel, including A/B testing the marketing website, optimizing signup-to-activation, managing paid channels such as Google Ads, and deciding which tests to run and kill based on results. The hire should have experience with live A/B testing, PLG onboarding optimization, paid-spend management, conversion-rate analysis, tagging, events, and basic front-end experimentation. The position is fully in-person at Parallel’s Palo Alto headquarters or San Francisco office and includes competitive salary, equity, visa sponsorship, retirement plans, and other benefits.
