## Description

Boom is hiring a GTM Lead to work across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and operations as the business expands into new verticals and markets. The role owns early-stage channel sales, flagship-client onboarding, high-priority special projects, content and process creation, and analytics, while partnering with leadership to build repeatable GTM playbooks. It seeks a generalist with 3–5+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or in a high-ownership GTM, strategy, or operations role at a fast-growing startup, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution.
