## Description

Qualcomm Canada ULC is hiring a Staff Hardware Design Engineer for its Application Engineering team to support optical DSP, Active Electrical Cable, and optical transceiver solutions for AI and cloud infrastructure. The role owns evaluation-board development from specification through validation, leads bring-up and debugging, supports customer optical transceiver integration, and performs signal and power integrity analysis. Candidates need 5–8 years of high-speed hardware development experience, strong PCB and SerDes expertise, and knowledge of PAM4, signal integrity, power delivery, and laboratory debugging.
